The new CoolSculpting CoolAdvantage Petite™ Applicator is amazing because it is perfectly designed for upper arms and other small pockets of fat. CoolSculpting is the ONLY FDA-cleared, non-invasive fat reduction treatment for the upper arms. Plus this new applicator will allow for better fine tuning, more clinical applications, and greater flexibility.
CoolSculpting® uses cryotherapy, a freezing technology, to freeze and permanently destroy fat cells while leaving the skin unharmed. This amazing process is called cryolipolysis. When fat cells are frozen at a certain temperature, it initiates the process of apoptosis or natural fat cell death without damaging the surrounding tissue or skin. Isn’t that amazing? After the treatment, your body naturally eliminates the destroyed fat cells, leaving you with less fat in the treated area and more toned and sculpted. Although you won’t see your weight change much, the treated area gets slimmer and contoured as the fat cells get detected and die permanently.
